In our Coconut Cloud Smoothie, delight in a divine fusion of flavors. The white layer presents a creamy blend of coconut meat, coconut milk, and condensed milk, while the blue layer offers a tropical blend of blue spirulina, banana, coconut meat, and coconut water. Topped with a luscious coconut cream infused with vanilla extract and a sprinkle of spirulina dust, this smoothie is pure dreaminess.

Ingredients

White Layer 
1 cup Copra's young Thai coconut meat
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut milk

Blue Layer
1/2 cup coconut meat
1/2 banana
1/3 cup Copra's 100% pure coconut water
1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1. Blend both colors separately.
Step 2. Dust blue Spirulina on the sides of the glass, then pour the smoothie in layers.
Step 3. Top with a spoonful of coconut cream.
