We’ve been getting so many DMs about our coconut americano ever since it got a shoutout in Food & Wine—so we’re bringing it back with an updated twist on our 2023 recipe.
Bold espresso meets a splash of pure coconut water for:
  •  Instant hydration
  • Natural sweetness
  • Electrolyte boost
  • Smooth, jitter-free energy
It takes less than a minute to make, but keeps you feeling good all day.
Simple. Pure. Unexpectedly delicious.

Ingredients

2 espresso shots
1 cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Water
1/3 cup Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat, thinly sliced
1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare your espresso shot.

Step 2. Thinly slice the Young Thai Coconut Meat and roll it onto a cocktail pick.

Step 3. In a glass, add ice, followed by the sliced coconut meat.

Step 4. Pour Copra’s Organic Coconut Water over the ice.

Step 5. Gently pour the espresso shot into the glass.

Step 6. Garnish with the coconut meat on a cocktail pick and enjoy!
