Step by step

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 passionfruit (plus ½ extra for garnish)
1 cup Copra’s Coconut Water 14 oz
1 tbsp Copra’s Coconut Nectar 
Ice (optional, for a thicker texture)
Passionfruit (for garnish)
Mint sprig (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1. Peel and dice fresh mango, then freeze the chunks until solid.
Step 2. In a blender, combine frozen mango, passionfruit pulp, Copra’s Coconut Water, and Coconut Nectar. Blend until smooth. Optional: Add ice if you want a firmer consistency.
Step 3. Pour the smoothie into the prepared glass. Garnish with extra passionfruit pulp and a sprig of mint.
Step 4. Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet-spicy-tangy refreshment!
