Simple, beautiful & delicious!
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2oz Copra’s freeze-dried coconut chips
- 1/4 cup nuts 1/4 cup freeze-dried berries
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp sea salt
Step1. Start by adding the chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl, then melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds until completely melted.
Step 2. Add part of your freeze-dried coconut meat to the bowl and completely cover it with chocolate.
Step 3. With the help of a fork, pick the freeze-dried coconut off the chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined tray to cool down.
Step 4. Garnish the covered coconut meat with crushed nuts, freeze-dried berries, and sea salt before the chocolate fully sets.
