Banana and Coconut Pancakes

Instructions

Step 1. In a large bowl combine all the dried ingredients.
Step 2. In a separate bowl combine the bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, and coconut meat.
Step 3. Pour the wet mixture over the dried ingredients. Combine well.
Step 4. Once everything is homogeneously combined, to a pan over medium-low heat, drizzle some coconut oil, then add 1/2 cup of the pancake batter. Then cover it with a lid.
Step 5. Flip your pancake after 1 minute, and cover with the lid.
Step 6. Once you finish the whole batter, stack your pancake, and drizzle Copra’s organic coconut nectar, add your blueberries, and roasted hazelnuts for some crunch.
