- 1 cup of your favorite noodles
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 4 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- To a bowl add your spices, parsley, sesame seeds and sesame oil.
- Heat your neutral oil then pour over your spices. Mix it well.
- Add your cooked noodles and combine.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, sesame seeds and crispy shallots (this is optional but adds so much flavor and a great crunch to the noodles) 🍜
