3 Ingredient Coconut Fruit Jelly

This delicious and fun coconut fruit jelly is made without added sugar! Perfect for those who want to keep a steady blood sugar level.🤩 It’s not only super easy to make but also a great group activity for family and friends!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Agar agar
2 cups Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
Sliced various fruits of your choice (such as strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.)

Instructions

Step 1. In a small saucepan, combine the agar agar powder and 2 cups of Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water. Stir well to ensure that the agar agar powder is completely dissolved into the coconut water.
Step 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly to ensure that the agar agar is fully dissolved.
Step 3. Slowly pour in the Copra's organic coconut nectar, stirring continuously to combine all the ingredients. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 1-2 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Step 4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the remaining 2 cups of Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water. Stir well to combine, and let the mixture cool slightly.
Step 5. While waiting for the coconut water jelly to cool down, prepare the fruit by slicing them into pieces that will fit into the silicone molds.
Step 6. Place the sliced fruit into the silicone molds, then pour the coconut water jelly mixture over the fruit in the molds.
Step 7. Transfer the silicone mold to the refrigerator and allow the coconut water jelly to set for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm. Step 8. Once the jelly is fully set, carefully remove the individual jelly pieces from the silicone mold and arrange them on a serving platter.
