STORAGE	Copra stores & transports this product at -18 C. Product must be stored refrigerated at a minimum, if not frozen.
HANDLING	Highly recommend thawing over 1-2 days in refrigerated environment. Thawing in ambient temperatures will shorten shelf life. Minimize contact with air. Ensure containers are sealed.
