Coconut Cold Brew Coffee

SERVES 15-20

What you need

  • 1 bag (5 litres/170 fl oz) of Copra Coconut Water
  • 2 cups ground coffee (preferably a cold brew blend)
  • Copra Coconut Nectar (optional)
  • Copra Coconut Milk (optional)

step by step

  1. Defrost coconut water and pour into commercial cold brew coffee maker. Add coffee grounds.
  2. Let steep 12 hours. For stronger coffee steep longer or add more coffee.
  3. Add Copra coconut milk for a smoother non-dairy taste and Copra coconut nectar for a natural sweetener (also try it with cinnamon!).
