Copra's Strawberry Smoothie

Copra's strawberry smoothie
This delicious smoothie is also packed with fiber and healthy fats. It's a tasty way to hydrate and make sure you have all the essential nutrients your body needs to start the day on the right foot!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup Copra’s organic coconut meat
1/2 cup Copra’s 100% pure coconut water
1/3 cup Copra’s baked coconut chips
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp dried coconut flakes

Instructions

Step 1. To a blender add the frozen strawberries, coconut water, coconut meat, coconut nectar and almond butter. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Step 3. Garnish with chia seeds, flax seeds, coconut meat, coconut flakes and our baked coconut chips. Enjoy!
