👉 Apples, pears, red grapes, and lemon bring antioxidants and heart-loving nutrients. Mixed nuts, a hint of ground cinnamon, and a touch of Copra’s Coconut Nectar highlight the natural sweetness of coconut blossoms which are packed with nutrient-rich minerals. A bowl that’s as nourishing as it is delicious!

Winter Fruit Salad Step-By-Step

Ingredients 

1 cup sliced apple
1 cup sliced pear 
1 cup red grapes
A handful of mixed nuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
⅛ cup lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sliced pears, and red grapes.

Step 2. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit to keep it fresh and prevent browning. Gently toss the fruit to coat it evenly with the lemon juice. Add Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar over the fruit mixture for a natural sweetness.

Step 3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the fruit, and toss everything together until the fruit is evenly coated with cinnamon and coconut nectar.

Step 4. Add the handful of mixed nuts, Give the salad a final gentle toss to mix in the mixed nuts and enjoy!
