Virgin Pomegranate Mojito

Virgin Pomegranate Mojito Step-By-Step

 

Ingredients

A handful of pomegranate seeds
⅛ cup Copra’s Coconut Nectar
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sparkling water (any flavor)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)


Instructions

Step 1. In a tall glass, combine the pomegranate seeds, Copra’s Coconut Nectar, salt, mint leaves, and lemon juice. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently mash the ingredients together, releasing the flavors.

Step 2. Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in your choice of sparkling water.

Step 3. Stir lightly, garnish with extra mint leaves, and enjoy your refreshing Virgin Pomegranate Mojito!
