Step by Step Vegan Thai Yellow Curry Paste

Ingredients

⅓ cup dried chilies
¼ cup sliced lemongrass
¼ cup red chili pepper
⅛ cup turmeric
1 tsp salt
⅛ cup water

Instructions

Step 1. Remove the seeds from the dried red chilies and soak them in warm water for about 20 minutes until they become soft.
Step 2. In a blender, combine the soaked dried chilies, chopped lemongrass, red chili pepper, turmeric, vegan shrimp paste, salt, and water. Blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
