1 tbsp Salt
1 cup Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Nectar
1 tbsp Capers
1 tbsp Capers juice
2 pieces sliced Lemon
1 cup vegetable oil
Pinch of salt

Instructions

Step 2. In a bowl, combine flour, paprika powder, black pepper, salt, and capers. Gradually add Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Nectar and stir until a smooth batter forms.
Step 3. Add the sliced Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat to the batter, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
Step 4. Heat oil in a pan, filling it about ⅔ full for optimal frying. Gently add the coconut meat slices and fry until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Step 5. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the fried coconut meat. Plate with sliced lemon and Coconut Aioli, Enjoy!
