Tropical Cranachan Step-By-Step

Ingredientsย 

1 cup orange marmalade
1 cup ripe mangoย 
1 cup whipping cream
ยผย  cup cream cheese
โ…›ย  cup Copraโ€™s Coconut Nectar
โ…›ย  cup whisky
ยผ cup rolled oats

Instructions

Step 1. In a dry pan over medium-high heat, toast the oats, stirring frequently, until they turn golden brown and fragrant. Set aside to cool.

Step 2. In a separate bowl, whisk the whipping cream, Copraโ€™s Coconut Nectar, and cream cheese together until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the whiskey until well combined.

Step 3. To assemble, layer the dessert in glasses or cups. Start with a handful of toasted oats, then add a layer of the cream mixture, followed by a handful of ripe mango. Repeat to create double layers, ending with a layer of cream on top.

Step 4. Garnish with a few ripe mango pieces and a sprinkle of toasted oats for a finishing touch. Enjoy!
