Coconut Cider Vinegar Mojito

Sparkling Coconut Cider Mojito - Summer Favorite

Ingredients:

  • 1oz rum
  • 1oz lime juice
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 1tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 bottle copra’s sparkling coconut cider  

Instructions:

  • To a cup add your sugar, lime, rum, lime wedges and mint. Smash it well.
  • Add ice and stir. 
  • Fill the rest of the cup with Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Cider. 
  • Finish it off with a little mint and voilà, the easiest and most refreshing summer drink!
