Ingredients:
- 1oz rum
- 1oz lime juice
- 4 lime wedges
- 1tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 bottle copra’s sparkling coconut cider
Instructions:
- To a cup add your sugar, lime, rum, lime wedges and mint. Smash it well.
- Add ice and stir.
- Fill the rest of the cup with Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Cider.
- Finish it off with a little mint and voilà, the easiest and most refreshing summer drink!
