1/2 cup chopped pineapple
9 oz Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Nectar
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz sake
2 tbsp thyme
Ice

Step 1. Start by finely chopping the fresh pineapple and thyme. Ensure that the pineapple pieces are small enough to infuse the cocktail with their natural sweetness, while the thyme releases its aromatic flavors.
Step 2. In a jar or cocktail shaker, combine the chopped pineapple, thyme, lemon juice, and sake. The lemon juice will add a zesty touch to the cocktail, balancing the sweetness of the pineapple. Sake, a traditional Japanese rice wine, will introduce a light, distinctive flavor to the mix.
