Piña Cocolada

Escape to the tropics with every sip of this luscious Piña Cocolada. Blending frozen pineapple, rich coconut cream, and the smooth sweetness of Malibu Coconut Liqueur, this cocktail is a creamy, dreamy delight. With a splash of rum and Copra’s Coconut Water, it's a refreshing take on a classic that will transport you to a beachside paradise.

Piña Cocolada

Ingredients

1 ½ cups frozen pineapple
3 oz rum
½ cup Copra’s Coconut Water
¼ cup pineapple juice
½ oz coconut cream
2 oz Malibu Coconut Liqueur
⅛ cup Copra’s Coconut Nectar
Ice cubes
Fresh ripe pineapple

Instructions

Step 1. In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, Copra’s Coconut Nectar, Copra’s Coconut Water, coconut cream, Malibu Coconut Liqueur, and rum. Blend until smooth.
Step 2. Pour into a glass, garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a piece of pineapple leaf, and enjoy!
