Summer is an awesome time! We get to hang out with our family and friends doing our favorite Summery activities! We also allow ourselves to indulge in cold drinks, ice creams, and everything else that might cool us down… like this delicious and refreshing #SugarFree Passion Fruit Summer Pop!
Besides the cooling effects of this recipe, there are also lots of health benefits! Starting with vitamin C from the passion fruit and orange juice, probiotics for a happy gut, 17 amino acids, and 65 minerals!
Copra's Sparkling Coconut Nectar draws both its sweet and sour notes from the very same source. We combine fresh and fermented nectar from coconut palms into one drink for a perfect balance of flavors. With a low glycemic index and a wealth of minerals and amino acids, this floral duo is an effervescent addition to your wellness arsenal!

Ingredients

1tbs sugar-free passion fruit jam
1 oz fresh orange juice
1 cup ice
4 oz Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Nectar *Low GI Kombucha Alternative

Instructions

Step 1. To a tall glass, add the passion fruit jam to the bottom, then pour your fresh orange juice and ice.
Step 2. Open a bottle of Copra’s Sparkling Coconut Nectar and pour it over the ice.
Step 3. Cut a slice of orange to decorate the glass. Make a small cut close to the end of the orange slice and hook it to the glass rim as shown on the video below.
