Bright yellow passion fruit meets the soft pink hue of Copra’s coconut water, finished with a fluffy raspberry whipped cream that floats like a cloud on top. Ingredients
1 bottle 14oz Copra’s 100% Pure Coconut Water
2 passion fruits
¼ cup freeze dried raspberries
½ cup whipping cream
2 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar

Instructions
Step 1. Cut the passion fruit into halves. Separate the pulp from the shell.
Step 2. Mix the pulp with a tablespoon of organic coconut nectar and set it aside.
Step 3. In a separate bowl, add the whipped cream and coconut nectar. Whip it until soft peaks, then add the powdered freeze dried raspberries. Whip until combined.
Step 4. To a tall glass add the passion fruit pulp, then the ice.
Step 5. Slowly pour the coconut water into the glass.
Step 6. Top it up with the beautiful and pink raspberries whipped cream. Enjoy!
