Ingredients

1 cup oat milk
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
3 tbsp Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar
2-3 drops Vanilla Extract
¼ tablespoon Pumpkin Spice Pie
½ cup whipping cream

Instructions

Step 1. In a small pan, heat oat milk over medium heat until it starts to steam. Be careful not to let it boil. Add 2 tbsp of pumpkin puree to the milk, stirring until fully combined and smooth. Add Copra’s Organic Coconut Nectar and stir until well combined.

Step 2. Add 2-3 drops of vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice. Stir everything together, allowing the flavors to blend.

Step 3. Heat the mixture for another minute or two, stirring occasionally, until it’s warm and fragrant.

Step 4. Pour the pumpkin spice latte into your favorite mug.

Step 5. To make whipped cream, add whipping cream and a drizzle of Copra’s Coconut Nectar to a bowl. Whip until soft peaks form.

Step 6. Top your latte with whipped cream and enjoy your warm, caffeine-free Pumpkin Spice Latte!
