Copra's Frech Toast

Copra's Frech Toast 🍞

Copra's Frech Toast

This French toast is a great way to use the ends of bread loafs or those few last pieces of toast left in the pantry. You minimize food waste while creating a fancy brunch to your loved ones!

It’s simple and you’ll only need a few ingredients.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

To a medium size bowl add the coconut and oat milk, egg, vanilla extract and Copra’s organic coconut nectar. Whisk it well until everything is homogeneously combined.

Add the wet mixture to a plate big enough to fit your toast.

Gently press the toast submerging it in the milk mixture.

Heat your pan over medium heat then brush it with coconut oil.

Place your soaked toast into the pan for about 3 minutes on each side.

Copra’s organic coconut nectar when in contact with the hot pan creates a thin caramel like layer on the surface of the toast creating the most beautiful and tasty golden crust.

Once you’re done with pan frying your French toasts, place the sliced in a plate and top it up with a generous drizzle of Copra’s organic coconut nectar then finish it all with fresh fruits or Copra’s Fruit Salad and crushed walnuts for some crunch.
