Coconut Orange Jelly

Copra's coconut orange jelly made with organic coconut smoothie


This simple four-ingredient jelly is sugar-free, vegan, gluten-free, and super easy to make! It's the perfect spring and summer treat for you and your loved ones—healthy and delicious, just as it should be!

Step-by-step recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie
1 oz Orange juiced
1/4 cup Orange peel
1/8 cup Agar agar powder

Instructions

Step 1. To a pot over medium heat pour Copra’s coconut smoothie and the orange juice and peel.
Step 2. Once the mistrust start to simmer, add the agar ager and stir it continuously for about 3 minutes.
Step 3. Remove it from the heat and strain it.
Step 4. Pour the mixture into silicone mold or muffin tin.
Step 5. Place it in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
Step 6. Remove from molds, garnish with sliced oranges and mint. Place it in a plate then cover it with Copra’s coconut smoothie.
