1/4 cup Copra’s organic coconut nectar
1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts
1 tsp coconut oil Vanilla ice cream
Step 1. Cut your bananas in half.
Step 2. To a pan add the coconut oil, the bananas and coconut nectar. Let it caramelize over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes, flipping half way.
Step 3. Remove the bananas from the pan. Then place it in a plate.
Step 4. Top it up with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream and the chopped nuts. Enjoy!
