Take your daily smoothie to the next level! This delicious, fun and nutritious coconut smoothie is super easy to make. And it probably uses less ingredients that your go-to recipe. 🤩
Step 1. To a blender add the coconut meat, coconut milk and organic coconut nectar. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Add the dried coconut flakes and stir.
Step 3. In a separated bowl melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil.
Step 4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the smoothie. Spread gently and evenly.
Step 5. Place the bowl in the freezer for 5 minutes to harden the chocolate. Enjoy!
