Island Sunrise Bowl Step-By-Step


Ingredients 

Smoothie Base

1 cup frozen ripe mango 
½ cup Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie
1 cup frozen ripe banana


Toppings

½ cup diced ripe mango
1 whole kiwi, sliced
½ cup diced dragon fruit
¼ cup sliced Copra’s Young Thai Coconut Meat
A pinch of chia seeds


Instructions

Step 1. In a blender, add frozen mango, Copra’s Organic Coconut Smoothie, and banana. Blend until smooth, then pour into a bowl.


Step 2.
Prepare the toppings by dicing the mango and dragon fruit, and slicing the kiwi and coconut meat.

Step 3.
Arrange the fruit toppings over the smoothie base, then sprinkle with chia seeds. Enjoy!
