Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Water
½ cup (120 g) Copra Organic Coconut Meat
¾ cup (180 g) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp (32 g) peanut butter
2 medium bananas (240 g)
½ cup (60 g) ice cubes
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Sliced banana, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1. Add coconut water, coconut meat, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, bananas, and ice to a blender.
Step 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3. Pour evenly into two glasses.
Step 4. Garnish with sliced banana and a light dusting of cinnamon.
Step 5. Serve immediately.
