Dairy-Free Green Goddess Dressing

What you need

  • 1 cup basil
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of Copra Coconut Water
  • 1 TBS gluten-free tamari sauce
  • 1/2 tsp of Celtic sea salt as desired
  • Copra Coconut Nectar as desired

step by step

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend into smooth. You will notice a foam that you can either remove with a spoon or shake it up.
