| HANDLING |
Highly recommend thawing using an ice chipper in conditions < 4 C or 39 F. Do not thaw in ambient temperature. Mishandling (e.g. exposure to ambient temperatures or open air for extended periods) will negatively affect microbiological counts and shorten shelf life. |
