What is Coconut Nectar?
Copra’s Coconut Nectar is made from the sap of the coconut flower in Ratchaburi Province, which is harvested by hand and then boiled down to the ideal taste and consistency. Its taste is earthy and sweet with a natural caramel aroma. Because it is an entirely natural and minimally processed product, the color can vary from a golden light brown to dark brown, depending on the season. With its many nutritional benefits, low viscosity and natural sweetness, coconut nectar is an ideal healthy sweetener for a variety of applications.
