High Fiber Smoothie

Bright, naturally sweet, and packed with fruit goodness, this high-fiber smoothie blends tropical papaya, creamy banana, and crisp apple with Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie. Finished with a touch of Copra Organic Coconut Nectar, it's a refreshing plant-based drink that's perfect for breakfast or a healthy afternoon boost.

Ingredients

2 cups (480 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie
1 cup (150 g) ripe papaya, cubed
1 medium banana (120 g)
1 medium apple, cored and diced (150 g)
2 tbsp (30 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Nectar
½ cup (60 g) ice cubes (optional)
Diced apple, for garnish
Diced papaya, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1. Add Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie, papaya, banana, apple, coconut nectar to a blender.
Step 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3. Divide evenly between two glasses.
Step 4. Garnish with diced apple and papaya.
Step 5. Serve immediately.
