Keto Coconut and Almond Smoothie

This smoothie is rich in healthy fats from almond butter and coconut meat, providing a satisfying and nutritious beverage that fits well within a keto diet. It offers a creamy texture and a hint of sweetness from the coconut and almond flavors 🌴 

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Copra’s organic Nam Hom Thai young coconut meat
2 tablespoons homemade almond butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Copra’s freeze-dried coconut crumbs (optional, for garnish)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

Step 1. In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, organic young coconut meat, almond butter, and vanilla extract. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes as well.
Step 2. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or flavorings if desired.
Step 3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle the unsweetened shredded coconut on top for a garnish. Serve the keto smoothie immediately and enjoy 😋
