Experience a burst of tropical sunshine with our Coconut Mango Lassi. This delightful blend features a harmonious fusion of ripe mangoes, banana, and coconut water in the yellow layer, complemented by a creamy blend of coconut meat, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt in the white layer. Topped with fresh mango slices and a dollop of coconut cream, this lassi is a tropical treat perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

Yellow Layer

1 cup diced mango
1 banana
1/2 cup coconut water

White Layer

1/2 cup coconut meat
1/3 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions

Step 1. Blend both colors separately.
Step 2. Pour the smoothie in layers.
Step 3. Garnish with a spoonful of coconut cream.
