Get ready to embark on a flavor adventure with this Coconut Chocolate Bark! It's a breeze to make and a treat for your taste buds. Just toss some Copra’s organic young Thai coconut meat on a tray, melt a mix of chocolate chips and coconut oil, and pour it over the coconut slices. Now, here's where the fun begins—sprinkle on some freeze-dried strawberries, thyme leaves, sea salt, and your favorite sprinkles. Get creative and let your taste buds be the guide! Toss it in the freezer for a quick chill, then break it into pieces and savor the sweet, coconutty goodness. Snacking has never been this fun!

Ingredients

1 cup Copra’s organic young Thai coconut meat, sliced
1 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1/8 cup thyme
1/8 cup sprinkles
1/8 cup coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

Step 1. On a parchment-lined tray, place your sliced organic coconut meat.
Step 2. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
Step 3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the sliced coconut meat.
Step 4. As soon as the chocolate is evenly distributed, garnish it with crushed freeze-dried strawberries, sea salt, thyme leaves, your favorite sprinkles, and anything else your heart desires.
Step 5. Place it in the freezer for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 6. Remove the bark from the freezer, place it on a cutting board, then portion it into smaller pieces. Enjoy!
