Ingredients
Smoothie
1½ cups (360 ml) Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie
½ cup (120 g) Copra Organic Coconut Meat
2 tbsp (30 ml) vegan coconut condensed milk
2 tbsp (16 g) black sesame powder
3 tbsp (48 g) black sesame butter
½ cup (60 g) ice cubes
Sesame Cloud Topping
½ cup (120 ml) coconut whipping cream, whipped
1 tbsp (8 g) black sesame powder
1 tbsp (15 ml) vegan coconut condensed milk
Black sesame powder, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1. Add Copra Organic Coconut Smoothie, coconut meat, coconut condensed milk, black sesame powder, black sesame butter, and ice to a blender.
Step 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3. In a separate bowl, gently fold together the whipped coconut cream, black sesame powder, and coconut condensed milk.
Step 4. Pour the smoothie evenly into two serving glasses.
Step 5. Top generously with the sesame cloud cream.
Step 6. Finish with a dusting of black sesame powder.
Step 7. Serve immediately.
