Chef Hong's Favorite Plant-Based Smoothies!

I work hard and I (love to) play hard. So, its best for me to take great care of myself. I have learned that its as simple as fuelling yourself with healthy, organic, plant-based ingredients.

At least 3 times a week I make myself green (or other colors) smoothies. I also love to blend them into juice. I find coconut water is a great base to build my fuel. Here are my favorites. I hope you love them too!
