Handling Instructions
Store frozen and defrost as needed (Check out our blog for defrosting instructions). After defrosting, store product in refrigerated conditions and keep bag sealed. Do not store at room temperature…ever!
Product may arrive partially defrosted — it is perfectly fine to consume, place in freezer upon receipt or store refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
General Information
As pure as you can possibly get with nothing added or removed. Freshly frozen from our factory in Thailand for that same day as harvest taste.
Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. All items are carefully packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they remain at safe temperatures during transit.
While we do not accept returns, refund or replacement requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions or concerns before purchasing, please email us at info@copracoconuts.com, and we will be happy to help.
Shipping Policy
Due to heightened demand, please allow 3–5 business days to process frozen products and 1–2 business days for ambient products. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, particularly for frozen items requiring specialized logistics.
Once shipped, frozen products typically arrive within 2 business days, and ambient products within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.
To ensure safe delivery, we recommend monitoring your tracking number to confirm the expected delivery date. Please make sure someone is available to receive the shipment, especially for frozen items. Frozen products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.
We strongly encourage placing orders for dates when you will be available to receive the package to avoid exposure to ambient temperatures.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Order cancellations must be requested before 4:00 PM EST on the next business day following the date the order was placed. Requests submitted after this cutoff time may not be accommodated due to the time-sensitive handling of perishable products.
Refund/Replacement Policy
Copra does not issue refunds for orders that arrive partially defrosted, as the products remain safe to consume. Please review all product information carefully before placing an order or submitting a request. Refund or replacement requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund or replacement, email info@copracoconuts.com with your order number, description, Clear photos or videos of the product and all original packaging materials.
Requests without complete documentation will not be processed.
