Ingredients

1 cup Copra’s organic freeze-dried coconut meat
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
15 pitted dates

Instructions

Step 1. In a food processor, combine Copra’s organic freeze-dried coconut meat, chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil, sea salt, and vanilla extract. Pulse and blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and well-combined mixture. The blend of coconut, peanut butter, and chocolate will create a luscious and irresistible filling.
Step 2. Once the mixture is ready, gently open the pitted dates and fill each one with the prepared coconut-peanut butter mixture. The natural sweetness of the dates will complement the rich flavors of the filling, creating a perfect marriage of tastes.
